Job summary
A technology service company in Singapore is seeking a proactive EUC Service Desk Engineer to serve as the first point of contact for technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving end-user issues, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, configuring end-user devices, and collaborating with IT teams. Strong technical and communication skills are required for effective support.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
- Handle service requests and incidents following ITIL best practices.
- Maintain accurate records in the IT service management system.
- Configure and deploy end-user devices including desktops and laptops.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Participate in IT projects and service improvements.
- Provide training and guidance on IT systems and tools.
