Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Tuas, Singapore. The role involves conducting laboratory analyses, preparing final samples, and maintaining laboratory equipment. Candidates should possess at least an ITE or Diploma in Chemistry or related fields, with experience in precious metals considered an advantage. Salary ranges from $2700 to $3000, plus transport allowance if applicable.

- Working experience in precious metal/base metal is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct final sample preparation in the final sampling room.
- Conduct laboratory analysis and reporting.
- Assist chemist in technical development projects.
- Maintain the inventory of all laboratory facilities/equipment.
- Check, record and report on the inventory of all laboratory supplies.
- Carry out calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment as per schedule.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory.
- Follow the existing system and documentation as per procedures.
- Update the relevant records.
Skills
Education
Location: Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport
Salary: $2700 - $3000 + entitled to OT
Working days: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Sat (8am – 12pm)
