Are you passionate about aquatic life and have a knack for maintaining pristine underwater environments? We're searching for a dedicated and skilled Aquarium Tank Technician to join our team!

As an Aquarium Tank Technician, you'll be responsible for the health and beauty of our diverse aquatic exhibits. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to ensure the well‑being of countless fascinating species and create breathtaking experiences for our visitors.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine maintenance on a variety of aquarium systems, including water testing, filtration cleaning, and substrate vacuuming.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal water parameters (temperature, salinity, pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, etc.).
  • Conduct daily health checks of fish, invertebrates, and live plants, identifying and addressing any signs of stress or disease.
  • Execute effective disease prevention and treatment protocols.
  • Prepare and administer appropriate diets for various aquatic species.
  • Clean and maintain aquarium decorations, rockwork, and artificial corals.
  • Assist with the setup of new tanks and the relocation of aquatic inhabitants.
  • Maintain accurate records of tank conditions, maintenance activities, and animal health.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in aquarium maintenance, either professionally or as a dedicated hobbyist.
  • In‑depth knowledge of freshwater and saltwater aquarium systems, including filtration, lighting, and heating.
  • Strong understanding of aquatic animal husbandry, including fish identification, common diseases, and nutritional requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • A genuine passion for marine and aquatic life.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
