A public transport service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate for mechanical services maintenance. Responsibilities include monitoring contractors, managing faults and emergencies, and coordinating maintenance activities. Ideal candidates will have an Nc or Higher Nitec in Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with public transport systems.

Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate with the outsourced contractors in the maintenance of Mechanical services in the mainline and depot.
Manage fault reporting and emergencies in accordance with the Rules and Procedures.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works for the building and mechanical services.
Operate and monitor through the computerized Maintenance Management System (MMS).
Record, arrange and coordinate access to plant rooms, buildings, stations and tunnels for maintenance and A&A works.
Assist in the development and implementation of failure management and emergency response procedures and processes.
Co‑ordinate and monitor works carried out by the outsourced contractors.
Carry out handyman tasks in rectifying MRT buildings or system defects when need arises.
Perform any other duty assigned by superior as required by the department.
Qualifications
Nc or Higher Nitec in Engineering.
Preferably 3–5 years experience in building or mechanical maintenance.
