🔧 Your Role

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will carry out technical servicing and repair work, ensuring every watch meets the highest standards.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Dismantle and reassemble watch cases and bracelets
• Replace worn or damaged components (seals, pushers, crowns, crystals)
• Perform movement exchanges, dial fitting, and hand setting
• Carry out basic movement servicing (quartz, 3‑hands, etc.)
• Polish and refinish components
• Conduct water‑resistance testing
• Perform timing regulation and quality control checks
• Use ERP systems accurately and meet lead‑time targets
