Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Supervise and lead workers to carry out carpentry formwork and concrete reinforcement work on site
• Ensuring that all timber formwork structural reinforcements work comply with SS requirements
• Ability to carry out construction work involving formwork/rebar/concrete
• Able to understand wood/aluminum/steel structure formwork
• Ability to calculate the cost of formwork materials
• Responsible for reading and interpreting drawings
• During construction, supervise all construction works and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with approved specifications and necessary safety measures are taken
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are implemented
• At least 2-3 years experience in the supervision of construction works in the construction/construction/engineering industry
• Possess good leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Hold a formwork safety supervisor certificate
