Job summary
A leading Southeast Asian superapp in Singapore is looking for a Senior Manager in Planning & Operations. This role involves managing systems and operational processes, building data pipelines, and ensuring seamless integrations with retail partners. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in eCommerce operations and possess strong analytical skills along with familiarity with enterprise systems. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and aims to foster an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications
- 6-10+ years experience in eCommerce operations, supply chain, or systems integration.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (POS, ERP, WMS) and hands-on experience with API integrations.
- Strong analytical and data skills; experience in AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the setup of data pipelines and scraping tools.
- Work with internal tech teams and external partners for API integrations.
- Assist in defining and rolling out commercial and logistics principles.
