Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales and Marketing Executive to boost sales in a vibrant retail environment. Responsibilities include engaging customers both in-store and online, managing inventory, and creating impactful marketing content. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant diploma or degree and possess strong customer service and digital marketing skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, is essential. This position offers a salary range of $2200 - $2400 plus commission.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or digital marketing experience; retail or jewelry experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Creative thinking and up-to-date with social media trends.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Conduct daily stock counts and manage accurate inventory levels.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.

- Work Location: Geylang (Near Paya Lebar MRT Station)
- Working Day: Work 5 days per week (1 weekday the shop is closed, 1 off day depending on the duty roster, on a weekday)
- Working Hours: 10am - 7.30pm
- Basic Salary: $ 2200 - $ 2400 + Commission, up to $ 3000 + (Commission is based on team performance)
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of customer service and / or digital marketing experience; retail or jewelry experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, photography, videography, and video editing tools)
- Familiarity with e-commerce processes and platforms is advantageous, creative and up-to-date with social media trends, especially in the gold and Jewellery Industry
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays

- Prospect and promote Jewellery products and services to walk-in customers and online platform users
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (e.g., FB Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Emails, Inbound calls)
- Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online
- To achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide after-sales service by following up with customers, soliciting feedback, and offering promotional codes
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally and competently
- Conduct daily stock counts and manage accurate inventory levels
- Support merchandise transfer, stock take, and inventory counts
- Assist in scheduling jewelry repairs and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and strategies to boost sales revenue, both in-store and digitally
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photography, videography, and video editing using tools like Capcut
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize engagement strategies
- Monitor and analyze social media / digital analytics to recommend new strategies for improved performance
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions
- Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and provide support in planning and executing marketing shoots
- Build interdepartmental relationships to enhance efficiency and achieve positive outcomes
