We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with extensive knowledge of Singapore's tender platforms and submission methods. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in competitive tendering, project management, and client communications, ensuring the smooth delivery of awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in tender platforms and submission processes, ensuring tenders are accurately quoted and submitted based on company strengths and tender requirements.
• Attend tender site briefings, preparing quotations that align with project specifications and client expectations.
• Design solutions according to client expectations and ensure they are reflected in tender submissions.
• Organize and present post‑tender clarification meetings, preparing responses and managing client queries.
• Submit required tender documents, including organizational charts and project track records.
• Conduct online presentations using PowerPoint and other relevant tools, and manage virtual meetings effectively.
• Develop and manage project master programs and independently prepare and submit all required client documentation for awarded projects.
• Pre‑ and post‑tender, ensure full compliance with all authority requirements, including NEA, PUB, LTA, MOM, SP, and N‑Parks.
• Understand project requirements and prepare 3D detailed drawings and space planning using AutoCAD.
• Complete assigned work within deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Attend meetings with consultants, main contractors, and site stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Work independently, showing strong organizational and time‑management skills.
