Job description

Our client, a reputable energy and commodities trading MNC, is seeking a Senior IT Support Officer to provide frontline technical support to over 100 users in the Singapore office. This role will handle end-user device setup (Windows laptops/desktops and iPhones), daily troubleshooting, software installation, and basic hardware diagnostics. The individual will also support IT inventory management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensure accurate documentation of assets.

Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the Senior IT Support Officer will assist with Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory for device enrollment, configuration profiles, user management, and basic Conditional Access setup. The role will also support SharePoint Online maintenance, including updates to intranet content, permissions, and site structure. In addition, the individual will contribute to cybersecurity activities such as patching support, phishing escalation, and enforcing MFA and password policies. There will be opportunities to participate in digitalization initiatives and ad-hoc IT projects to enhance corporate workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldAt least 2 years of L1 helpdesk or IT support experienceStrong proficiency with Windows OS, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office 365 (mandatory)
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Security+ are advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and SharePoint Online preferred
  • Able to perform basic troubleshooting, RCA, and resolve issues without standard SOPs
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Power Automate/Power BI is a plus
