Job summary
A financial consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an individual experienced in data entry and financial management. This role involves maintaining and analyzing financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with standards. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and the salary offered is between $3000 and $3500.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and updated financial tables, including data entry and transaction tracking.
- Process invoices, prepare vendor payments, and manage incoming payments.
- Reconcile bank statements with accounts and sales.
- Collaborate with departments for cash flow planning.
- Deposit placements and track payments in the system.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards.

- Data entry: Maintain accurate and updated financial tables, including data entry and transaction tracking in the online payment system.
- Accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, prepare vendor payments, and manage incoming payments from clients. Input invoices for payment approval online into relevant Bank payment system.
- Bank reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements (receipts/payments) with accounts and sales to ensure accuracy.
- Short term Cash flow planning: Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals and objectives.
- Daily Bank communication: Deposit placements, tracking of payments in the system.
- Administrative support: Handle general administrative tasks related to the job such as filing, and maintaining financial records and ledgers.
- Analysis: Analyse financial data and prepare reports for management. Assist with external audits.
- Compliance: Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- With 2 -3 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
