A local bank in Singapore is looking for a Digital Ambassador on a 6-month contract. The role involves guiding customers to use online banking, assisting with product inquiries and document management, and performing administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of customer service experience. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from S$2,500 to S$3,000.
Qualifikationen
- 1 to 3 years of customer service/frontline support experience.
Aufgaben
- Encourage/guide customers to use online banking.
- Migrate customers to perform transactions over internet banking.
- Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling.
- Perform administrative duties like filing and scanning documents.
- Attend to corporate account customers if online application is rejected.
- Assist customers with e-financing submissions.
Kenntnisse

- Based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
- Migrate/guide customers to perform transactions over internet banking
- Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
