Roles & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for HR functions
Assist in recruitment & selection activities
Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
Administer onboarding/exit clearance activities (i.e. prepare letter of acceptance)
Handling MOM related matter such as WP apply, renew and cancellation
Handle and update information and filing of employee personnel records and database.
Process monthly payroll & CPF online submission
Liaise with insurance company on staff insurance and claims
Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
Assists to prepare and submit IR8A for all operational workers.
Handle company certificate (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe) & Company Insurance
Perform general office administrative duties such as stationary / pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment / facilities;
Any Ad-hoc assigned by your superior.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR and Admin functions
Knowledge in employment law and work pass application process
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Able to work independently and as a team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and well-organized
