Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Application Processing
    • Process new HDP applications, revised menus, artwork, nutrient analysis within 3 working days.
    • Ensure partners accept License Agreement post-approval.
  2. Technical Evaluation
    • Review menus, dishes, artwork, and nutrient reports against HDP guidelines.
    • Check logo usage and marketing materials.
  3. Guidance & Support
    • Guide F&B partners, application processes, and portal usage.
    • Manage applications impacted by guideline changes.
  4. Audits & Checks
    • Bi-annual Online Declaration Audit (300+ partners), follow up non-compliance.
    • Market Scan (twice a year): evaluate dishes, liaise with lab
  5. Grant & Identifier Management
    • Process 4 grant cycles/year, verify claims, issue awards, track utilisation.
    • Manage identifier stock, inventory, and on-site tagging.
  6. Digital & Reporting
    • Monitor digital menus, update platforms, random monthly checks.
    • Submit monthly reports.
  7. Enquiries
    • Handle phone, email, meeting enquiries; maintain documentation.
Educational Requirements
  1. Education: Individual: Minimum Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, or Nutrition/Dietetics.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Experience with data management systems and grant processing.
