🕗 Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm (Hybrid)
💰 Salary: ~$5,500 x 13 months + Variable Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support treasury and AP functions, including managing cashflow, preparing reports, and submitting required documentation

• Manage and monitor vendor accounts and ageing of AP outstanding balances by region

• Monitor progress of bank clearing, unapplied/unidentified cash, and suspense accounts

• Liaise with country offices and offshore teams to resolve issues and ageing items

• Review payment proposals and process brokerage / VID commission

• Perform control self-assessment for purchases and GCMS processes

• Ensure financial records are accurate and reported on time

• Monitor settlement to/from agents, ensuring timeliness in ASA/GAS and prompt reporting for freight collection and disbursements

• Review claim-backs from agents to ensure proper authorization and correct recording

• Review AR agent reconciliation statements, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of aged items

• Review monthly accounts and ensure correctness of entries within month-end close deadlines

• Perform agency accounting operations in line with global policies

• Conduct analytical reviews and follow up on outstanding AR, including supporting process creation and improvements

• Handle queries from regional, country, and offshore offices, providing guidance and resolution

• Participate in ad-hoc projects, including process streamlining and system enhancements
