Requirements

• 10+ Years Experience in Software Development & Product/Application management as a Project Manager/Business Analyst with domain knowledge on Education, Facility management, Govt Sector, Ecommerce, Manufacture sector and Print Media & Publications services.
• Experience in Software Development in .NET Technologies, analysis, design and development of client/server, web-based and n-tire applications. Expert in developing web based, windows-based applications in Microsoft Visual studio using ASP.net and C#.
• Need good knowledge of writing Database queries and handling basic function in DBA.
• Experience in a Business Analyst role by interacting with client and gathering the requirements for future releases and share the same knowledge to development team.
• Ability to devise product functionality and improvements, and then drive resources to realize that vision.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies as well as discussing existing and proposed software systems.
• Flexibility to easily change direction and/or find creative solutions as stakeholder requests or issues arise.
• Cross training the team members for any new process improvements introduced, for better coordination within the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare system specifications, technical specifications, requirement specifications, identify potential re-sources, prepare budgetary quotes and work with stakeholders.
• Preparation to avoid the gaps between client and development team.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholder
• Preparing & implementing strategies streamlining existing workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs to the organization. End to End management of multiple projects and management of PI planning and product review sessions.
• Managing critical project deliveries and making sure that they are delivered within budget and timeframe, Working closely with stakeholders and all leads. Taking ownership and managing delivery of the complete solution.
• Efficiently aligning and managing resources required to complete project activities and tasks. Implementing and rolling out agile maturity models across different areas and release trains to derive baseline & then take it to the next level.
• Re-organized teams and coached stakeholders to help the teams become High Performance Software Engineering teams in a complex onsite and offshore model.
• Motivating individuals and teams, and creating trustworthy and healthy environment to get the best performance from them at all time
• Helping and guiding teams in doing effective story writing, backlog grooming and estimation and keeping them up with the commitment of meeting the business objectives
• Established self-driving and self-managing mechanisms for innovation and collaboration Coached & transformed offshore vendor models. Work closely with development Teams, Product, Risk, Technical Team, Sales to meet business objectives.
• Identify Project risks and produce weekly report for stakeholders, report on progress to senior management at regular steering groups. Update PWC (Project Working Committee) on the project progress on a weekly basis by managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans, define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Ensure all the different tracks of the projects are executed coherently and in tandem with each other
• Review project deliverables and track schedules to ensure the project milestones are met as per planned dates. Responsible for project deliverables such as Project Schedule, Functional Requirements, SIT UAT and Production deployments.
• Ensure all System's maintenance Projects are managed within SLA's and ensure the monthly maintenance reports are created and submitted on time. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Delivered Project needs on time within the agreed acceptance criteria in a hybrid methodology environment. Implement agile management ideas by facilitating exercises such as sprint planning and team leading stand-ups.
