Job summary

- Evaluate curriculum effectiveness using data-driven insights.
- Lead programme enhancements aligned with organisational goals.
- Degree in Business, Education, Accountancy, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in programme management, training coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
