Job description

Duration: 1 year

Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: S$5,500 - S$6,500

Programme Excellence

  • Deliver structured tax programmes, including advanced flagship courses.
  • Engage and manage top-tier trainers while ensuring an outstanding participant experience.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations from enrolment to certification.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis and innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide Board and Committee secretariat support.
  • Execute strategic engagement events to expand Tax Academy’s reach.
  • Manage an exclusive alumni network of 500+ senior professionals.
  • Build lasting partnerships with industry leaders and trainers.

Strategic Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify market opportunities.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness using data-driven insights.
  • Lead programme enhancements aligned with organisational goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Business, Education, Accountancy, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in programme management, training coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
