About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Education Programme Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of enrichment programmes across childcare centres. You’ll manage instructor scheduling, coordinate class logistics, and handle key administrative tasks. This role also supports stakeholder communication and ad‑hoc duties to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Coordination & Scheduling
  • Plan and assign freelance instructors based on childcare centre class schedules
  • Ensure timely communication and coverage for all sessions
  • Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts, last‑minute changes, make‑up classes, and instructor substitutions
  • Prepare and distribute class timetables, reminders, and updates
Data Entry & Administrative Support
  • Oversee data entry for programme registration, materials ordering, and internal tracking
  • Maintain and update student databases, instructor rosters, and attendance records
Events & Promotions
  • Assist in planning and executing trial classes, roadshows, and promotional events
  • Coordinate event logistics, prepare materials, and provide on‑site support
Communication & Stakeholder Support
  • Liaise with childcare providers, freelance instructors, franchisees, and internal teams
  • Draft and send professional communications (e.g., class updates, reminders, make‑up arrangements)
  • Address feedback or concerns with empathy and efficiency
General Support
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks as and when required to support team operations
  • Conduct classes when instructors are unavailable (training provided)
Requirements
