In this role you will be the primary point of contact for operations topics for Banking Circle’s Web3 clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing operational support. You’ll combine technical expertise with client management to align Banking Circle’s solutions with Web3 partners’ needs while adhering to risk and compliance standards.

Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and experience from a similar role working with client integrations, technical sales, or payment-related product development, along with a client-oriented mindset and previous exposure to Web3 topics.
Your technical expertise will focus on solid understanding of RESTful APIs.You are able to demonstrate your proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and issue investigation. Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, you have familiarity with payment channels and infrastructure too. You have a good understanding of payment schemes across the EU (SEPA), UK (Faster Payments, Bacs, CHAPS), and Australia (NPP, BECS)
Being exposed or experimented to Web3 tech stack and concepts would be considered as a huge plus.
As a person you have empathy and have an active listening to truly understand and support our clients. Clear, concise communication is essential, you'll often need to explain complex blockchain concepts in a simple, approachable way. You can stay calm under pressure and think critically is key, especially when resolving technical issues or navigating high-stakes situations. You have a genuine curiosity to keep up with the fast-moving Web3 landscape. Driven by team spirit value, you'll liaise across teams and ensure that client feedback translates into actionable insights.
