Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and ensure quality care for residents
• Guide and supervise junior nurses through orientation and training
• Respond to emergencies, perform first aid, and arrange ambulance transfers
• Assess residents’ health and nutritional status during rounds
• Perform examinations, procedures, and specimen collection
• Develop, review, and update care plans regularly
• Administer and monitor medications, reporting side effects when needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ENHS standards
• Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Care Manager
• Support incident reporting and escalation protocols

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years’ nursing experience
