Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Personal Care Officer to oversee and enhance the care of residents in a home setting. The role includes planning activities, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should have a diploma in psychology, social work, counselling, or a related field and be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will be provided. Competitive salary offered.
Qualifications
- Diploma in related fields such as psychology, social work, or counselling.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- No prior experience required, as training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise the care of residents.
- Develop and implement programmes to enhance residents' well-being.
- Maintain proper equipment and cleanliness of the facility.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises.
Skills
Education
Salary: $2,500 - $3,300
Working Hours: 5 days - 44 hours / week
Rotating shift: 8:30am - 6:30pm / 8am - 8pm (AM) / 8pm - 8am (PM)
Working Location: Buangkok
- Plan and supervise the care of residents
- Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
- Put up monthly interview records for residents
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises
- Diploma in psychology, social work, counselling or relevant field
- Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends
