Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Engineer for a yearly renewable contract position. Responsibilities include troubleshooting products on the production floor, debugging and repairing production line rejects, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, along with strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits. Two shifts will be offered, providing flexibility for candidates.

Qualifications

• 3 years' relevant experience at Engineer level.
• Familiarity with test systems, debugging, and repair in PCBA.
• Good knowledge of Analog and Digital Circuits.

• Troubleshoot all products/test equipment on the production floor.
• Debug and repair production line rejects.

• Perform Electrical/Electronic analysis and provide feedback.

Please note that this is a yearly renewable contract position.

Engineer's Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot all products/test equipment on the production floor.
• Debug and repair production line rejects.
• Liaise with different departments on resolving various issues.
• Able to work well in a cross functional team.
• Perform Electrical/Electronic analysis and compile report for failure analysis purposes.
• Provide real time feedback on the process related defects.
• Support production on setting up of equipment, jigs and fixtures.
• Handle any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with 3 years’ relevant experience for Engineer level.
• Familiar with test system, debug and repair in PCBA.
• Good Knowledge in Analog and Digital Circuits.
• Effective communicator and team player who can work well in cross functional teams.
• Two shifts will be offered, Morning Shift 8:20am to 5:50pm (Monday to Friday)/Night Shift 5:50pm to 5:50am (Monday to Thursday).
