- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Need to liaise with the suppliers to negotiate and to get a better price.
- To increase the customer relationship and increase customer base with prompt response.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to promote professional growth.
- Required immediate response, high reliability and flexibility.
- Might have rotating shift (Morning/Night Shift)
