Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Technician to support equipment maintenance and operations in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. The role requires hands‑on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment uptime for semiconductor production.

This position involves 12-hour rotating shifts (Day & Night):
🕗 Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure stable production.
  • Support equipment installation, setup, and qualification activities.
  • Work closely with engineers and production teams to meet operational targets.
  • Record maintenance activities, equipment performance data, and report abnormalities.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols at all times.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tool performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Good technical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work 12‑hour rotating day and night shifts.
  • Team player with good communication and problem‑solving skills.
