Executive BIM Modeller - Lead Revit Coordination & Model
Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller. The role involves developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of BIM modelling experience, is proficient in Autodesk Revit, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $3,500 – $6,000 per month.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience in the building or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and drawing standards.
- High level of accuracy and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Identify and resolve design or coordination clashes.
