You will collaborate closely with Management to develop actionable strategies that drive revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the beauty and nails sector.

• Advise on business model innovation, service portfolio expansion, and revenue optimization strategies.

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market presence.

• Recommend and implement operational improvements across processes, staff management, service offerings, inventory, and client management systems.

• Provide financial guidance, including pricing strategies, budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.

• Support marketing, branding, and promotional strategies, including social media campaigns and loyalty programs.

• Act as a trusted advisor to management, guiding strategic decision-making, risk management, and long-term planning.

Experience
