Responsibilities

• Use causal inference, machine learning and other technologies to actively explore opportunities in traffic, products, operations, strategies, etc.
• Through keen insight into the business, qualitative and quantitative analysis, model construction, and experimental verification, complete in-depth special project analysis and give strategic suggestions.
• Efficient communication with cross‑functional team, promote the implementation of strategy application and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer, statistics, data science or related majors. Master’s or doctoral preferred.
• Solid foundation in machine learning and statistics, proficient in SQL, Python/R.
• Familiar with e‑commerce search or recommendation strategies, relevant experience is preferred.
• Good at communication, proactive in work, have a sense of ownership, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability and pressure bearing ability.
• Have strong curiosity and self‑driving force, like to accept challenges, aim for the highest.
