A prominent international education group in Singapore seeks a Secondary English teacher to deliver the curriculum to students aged 11 to 18. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, flexibility, and resilience, with a caring approach to students. The role includes managing the learning environment, curriculum assessment, and fostering holistic student development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a colleague with a teaching background in Secondary education and an experienced English teacher to join a growing school in the heart of Singapore. The successful applicant will be expected to teach English from ages 11 to 18. The school offers IGCSE, International A-Level English Literature and International A-Level Media Studies. The ability to also teach Media Studies will be an advantage. The successful applicant will have outstanding subject knowledge and have the ability to enthuse and inspire students, maximizing achievement and progress at all levels. A teacher with flexibility, resilience, and a caring and kind approach towards students. There may also be an opportunity for a whole school leadership position for a suitable qualified and experienced candidate.
