Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Leader to drive membership growth, enhance client engagement, and create opportunities through strategic events, partnerships, and space utilisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement membership growth strategies to recruit new members and re-engage past members.
  • Review and enhance membership packages to ensure value and attractiveness.
  • Drive revenue generation through:
  • Event participation and sponsorships
  • Collaborations with NTU Alumni Associations
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events and clubhouse facilities, both pre- and post-event.
  • Manage community engagement through social media platforms and newsletters.
  • Conceptualise and deliver impactful events that strengthen member relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience working with NTU alumni or corporate networks is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in social media marketing.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
