Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a facilities and machinery maintenance professional. The role requires overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have a diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering and at least 5 years of MRO experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry. A salary range of $3,500 to $5,000 is offered along with the opportunity for career advancement.

- Skilled in facilities management tasks and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities maintenance and machinery upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and procure spare parts.
- Supervise contractors and manage cleaning schedules.
Skills
Education
- Oversee facilities maintenance, machinery upgrades, and equipment repairs, with 50% focus on facilities and 30% on machinery.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, procure spare parts, and manage major overhauls.
- Provide basic maintenance training and troubleshoot machinery malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and ensure all records are up to date.
- Supervise contractors, ensure safety compliance, and manage cleaning schedules.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) experience in the Aerospace/Manufacturing Industry.
- Skilled in facilities management, including electrical troubleshooting, crane operations, and safety systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Salary: $3,500 to $5,000
