Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechatronic Engineering, or its equivalents.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in conveyor systems maintenance and repair.
• Familiar with different types of conveyors such as belt, roller, chain‑driven.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, and basic knowledge of electrical controls.
• Ability to work independently and respond to breakdowns promptly.
• Able to work in fast‑paced or high‑temperature environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on conveyor systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on various types of conveyor equipment.
• Carry out repairs, adjustments, and part replacements as needed.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to support maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate service logs and report findings to the maintenance supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures during all work activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the replacement of minor mechanical components as needed.

• Salary: $1800 to $2500
• Work Week: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6.00 pm)
• Minimum Qualification: NITEC
• Experience: 2 to 3 years
