Our Client is currently looking for a service technician. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our clients' security systems. Your responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras and card access systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and card access systems.
• Ensure proper integration between CCTV and card access components.
• Test and validate system functionality after installations.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
• Customer Support: Respond to service calls and inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for CCTV and card access systems.
• Offer training to clients on system usage and maintenance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Generate detailed service reports for clients and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Coordinate with other technicians and support staff to streamline service processes.
