Job summary

A global technology distributor in Singapore is seeking a Safety and Facility Operations Supervisor to manage safety, security, and facility activities within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, lead audits for TAPA certification, and oversee facility maintenance operations. Strong leadership and experience in warehouse safety are essential. This role involves active participation in cultivating a safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse safety and facility operations.
  • Working knowledge of TAPA FSR standards and experience with TAPA audits.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee safety compliance and facility operations in the warehouse.
  • Conduct safety training and lead incident investigations.
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and external contractors.

Skills

Strong understanding of warehouse security best practices
Effective leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Facilities Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
