Job description

Ready to help Singapore’s leading enterprises build what’s next—securely?

At Salesforce, we believe in building a future where companies can move fast, innovate with confidence, and put trust at the center of everything they do. The Salesforce Platform is at the heart of that mission—enabling organizations to build AI-powered apps, automate processes, and manage their data securely and at scale.

We’re looking for a Platform & Security Specialist to join our Platform Cloud Sales Team in Singapore. If you’re passionate about low-code innovation, secure DevOps, and helping customers unlock the full power of their data with trust and compliance built-in—this is the role for you.

What is Platform Cloud?

The Salesforce Platform is the trusted foundation that helps our customers innovate fast and stay ahead. It’s where low-code app development, automation, integration, data management, and security come together—backed by the scale and trust of Salesforce. With the addition of Agentforce, our AI app development toolkit, customers can now bring intelligence into every experience, at speed and at scale.

Your Impact

As a Platform & Security Specialist, you’ll be a key player in bringing the power of the Salesforce Platform to life. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, craft solutions, and guide our customers on how to build, automate, and secure on Salesforce. You’ll lead conversations around application modernization, AI-powered development, and enterprise security, helping CIOs, CISOs, and digital leaders reimagine what’s possible.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead with value: Help customers connect the dots between their goals and Salesforce’s platform capabilities—especially in app dev, AI, automation, and security.
  • Be the expert: Become the go-to advisor on the Salesforce Platform, its architecture, and how it helps organizations scale securely and innovate faster.
  • Sell the vision: Collaborate with Account Executives to co-create territory and account plans, then lead strategic engagements that land long-term platform wins.
  • Champion trust: Guide customers through Salesforce’s enterprise-grade security features—zero trust, data residency, encryption, identity, compliance—and how they support local regulatory needs like PDPA and MAS TRM.
  • Co-sell and scale: Partner with Salesforce Solution Engineers, Architects, and the broader partner ecosystem to design and deliver trusted solutions that meet business and compliance goals.
  • Drive the numbers: Own and exceed your Platform Cloud sales quota by managing the full deal cycle, from discovery to negotiation and close.
Who You Are

You're someone who loves helping enterprise customers move fast—but do it right. You’re a natural relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and someone who’s comfortable navigating complex customer environments. You understand the balance between innovation and trust—and know how to bring people along on that journey.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in platform, app dev, or security-related solutions
  • Proven success selling into large enterprise accounts in Singapore, particularly in regulated industries (FSI, healthcare, telco, public sector)
  • Strong grasp of app dev trends, low-code platforms, DevOps, and the intersection of AI and automation
  • Solid understanding of enterprise security architecture, compliance frameworks, and data governance
  • Confident engaging at all levels—from IT to the C-suite—and translating technical value into business outcomes
  • Track record of owning and exceeding quota in a complex, consultative sales environment
  • Comfortable leading in a matrixed team environment, collaborating with AEs, SEs, Architects, and Partners
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Architect) or hands-on familiarity with our platform
  • Experience with cloud or PaaS competitors (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or security providers (e.g., Okta, Palo Alto Networks)
  • Knowledge of Singapore data regulations like PDPA, and frameworks like MAS TRM
Why Join Us

At Salesforce, trust is our #1 value—and it’s baked into everything we build, sell, and support. You’ll join a tight-knit, high-performing team focused on customer success, innovation, and growth. Together, we help some of Singapore’s most iconic brands modernize and lead with agility, intelligence, and security.
You won’t just be selling software—you’ll be helping customers build their digital future.
