Job summary
A national cybersecurity authority in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management Officer to oversee operations and security for its premises. You will manage all facility activities, ensuring safety and efficiency, while collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a background in the Built Environment and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills. Join us to make a difference in cybersecurity efforts within Singapore.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Quantity Surveying is preferred.
- Familiar with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Relevant certifications such as Greenmark accreditation, WSH certification are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all facility activities and manage contracts.
- Inspect office spaces for repairs or renovations.
- Ensure security system and access are secured.
- Provide supporting evidence such as CCTV footages for incidents.
