Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate & building maintenance related works.
• Able to conduct site walk to inspect estate/building compound including walking up the staircase and using ladder.

Responsibilities

• Support the FM Manager with delivering efficient estate/building operations.
• Carry out maintenance and repair jobs including minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and renovation work carried out by contractors.
• Ensure contractors follow safety and security regulations.

Skills

Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office

Ability to communicate in both spoken and written English

Ability to read and understand electrical single line diagram

Physically fit for site inspections

Education

NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management
