Job Description:
Oversee daily payroll operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies.
Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating closely with vendors and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 & NS Claims.
Submit Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity, and childcare leave as required.
Attend to Finance queries.
Ensure compliance with policies and legislations.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Support various HR/payroll projects and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 - 5 years of Payroll experience with supervisory duties or leading a team.
Proven track records in handling high volume transactions Working experience in Retail, F&B or fast-paced industry will be an added advantage.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Hands-on working with SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing system migrations and implementing system changes.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.
Must be resilient and adaptable to changes, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
