About the role

Right Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent and personable Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our team. In this full‑time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while also supporting the administrative needs of the office. Your warm welcome and efficient handling of enquiries will be crucial in creating a positive impression of our company.

What you'll be doing
  1. Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
  3. Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation and organisation.
  4. Assisting with the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  5. Maintaining office & pantry supplies and ordering as needed.
  6. Performing other general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the organisation.

  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer‑facing administrative role.
