Job summary
A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a Project Administrator to handle document management and assist with project administration. Candidates should have a NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration or Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential. This role involves coordinating with various teams and supporting project documentation tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and file project documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain and update registers for drawings, submissions, and technical documents.
- Ensure proper version control and filing of all project records.
- Track and record material deliveries, stock movements, and usage based on site updates.
- Coordinate with site teams, storekeepers, and the procurement department for material documentation.
- Assist in basic quantity surveying tasks such as quantity take-offs, material summaries, and progress claims.
- Support daily project administration and ensure timely submission of documentation to clients or consultants.
