Duties & Responsibilities
- Have the opportunity to develop knowledge and gain exposure across a wide array of functions / business units in Certis.
- Build the knowledge, insights, and understanding of business operations, digital tools and processes, analysing the information/data available to facilitate decision-making in the business unit / team.
- Prepare for internal (business units, board) and external (potential clients) meetings, which includes drafting of presentation decks, research, and proposals, attending and presenting in meetings, and handling follow‑ups in assigned areas of work.
- Evaluate and coordinate assigned projects, including special projects – formulation, research, evaluation and implementation, as well as managing project prioritisation in a dynamic working environment.
- Build and develop relationships within and across teams, departments and business units for increased efficiency and to gain insights on how to execute existing operations and processes, but also help to define process improvements, working closely with your peers, people manager and senior management leaders.
Skills & Experience
- Fresh graduate / young professional with no more than 2 years of full‑time work experience.
- Minimum Honours Degree with Distinction / High Merit or equivalent.
- Is interested in and curious about the security industry, and demonstrates savviness in technological skills (analytics, basic coding etc.).
Possess open‑mindness and an ability to deal with a wide‑ranging set of priorities and projects; be resourceful enough to find acceptable solutions to problems regardless of subject matter.
- Ability to grasp new concepts, acquire new ways of seeing things, and revise ways of thinking and behaving, with a strong process‑improvement mindset.
