Job summary
A technology company in Singapore is seeking an IT Manager to oversee operations, manage budgets, and lead teams in IT infrastructure. Candidates should have a degree in Information Systems or related fields and 3-5 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of AWS and cybersecurity standards. Strong communication skills are essential. This role involves supporting business units and ensuring effective IT solutions.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure operations and end user support.
- Knowledge of Cyber Trust Mark and ISO27001.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations, backup and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure.
- Plan and manage IT budget and projects.
- Manage in-house IT team and vendors for business unit support.
- Establish & review IT policies and procedures.
- Assist in IT solutions for business enhancement.
- Conduct end user training when required.

Responsible for the operations, backup and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure and operations.
Plan and manage IT budget and projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Manage in-house IT team and vendors to provide quality support for all business units.
Establish & review IT policies and procedures including risks, cybersecurity and data protection.
Assist in IT solutions and applications for business enhancement and development purposes.
Conduct end user training when required.
Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and services and oversee IT asset management.
Continually review company\'s Digital Transformation roadmap in accordance with the evolving technology landscape and assist business units on feasibility study and solution evaluation.
Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
A diploma/degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
3 - 5 years’ working experience in IT infrastructure operations end user support.
Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills.
Knowledge and experience on Cyber Trust Mark and ISO27001.
Experience in AWS, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and TimeSoft is preferred.
