Job Description

• Responsible for the operations, backup and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure and operations.

• Plan and manage IT budget and projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Manage in-house IT team and vendors to provide quality support for all business units.

• Establish & review IT policies and procedures including risks, cybersecurity and data protection.

• Assist in IT solutions and applications for business enhancement and development purposes.

• Conduct end user training when required.

• Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and services and oversee IT asset management.

• Continually review company\'s Digital Transformation roadmap in accordance with the evolving technology landscape and assist business units on feasibility study and solution evaluation.

• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• A diploma/degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.

• 3 - 5 years’ working experience in IT infrastructure operations end user support.

• Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills.

• Knowledge and experience on Cyber Trust Mark and ISO27001.

• Experience in AWS, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and TimeSoft is preferred.
