Job Description

• Hire and interview new cleaning workers from our internally generated leads
• Arrange the schedule of your cleaners
• Take new cleaning jobs for your cleaning team
• Attend site visits for clients and persuade clients to engage in our services
• Handle problems with difficult cleaners, and where necessary, offboard cleaners who are not performing or who are unreliable
• Resolve escalated client issues brought up to operations by Customer Service
• Work with the sales department to provide operational input on large tender quotations
• Ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfill cleaning contracts in your sector
• Work with the department head to improve work processes and grow the business

Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Able to communicate in mandarin, because need to deal with chinese-speaking candidates and clients
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
• Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri. One day of WFH per week. These can be saved up to take a longer tim of WFH.
