Job description

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.
• Coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to ensure uninterrupted building operations.
• Supervise vendors during renovation projects to ensure a seamless transition to newly updated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in areas such as the AHU and switch rooms to keep equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to execute schedules, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality repairs and renovations.
• Perform hands-on repairs for plumbing, sanitary systems, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for telephone line issues.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned from time to time.
