Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our Singapore team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to‑day tasks, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a high level of organization. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and responding to emails
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and to‑do lists
  • Prepare and distribute documents and other materials as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and events
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing and photocopying
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with the planning and execution of meeting or company events, from small meetings to larger corporate gatherings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.

2. Office Management

  • Manage pantry inventory
  • Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment, working with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure everything is in good order.
  • Greet visitors
