Key Responsibilities
Manage the centres in your cluster by
Delivering preschool services in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and in alignment with our Vision, business philosophy, operational goals, curriculum approaches, and Core Values
Continually create and maintain conditions for our centres to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for us as an Anchor Operator (AOP) appointed by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), thereby contributing to the longer term financial sustainability of our business
Aligning your cluster’s operational plans with Projects, Operations & Sustainability (POS)’s longer term directions
Lead the staff in your cluster by
Relentlessly enhancing your principals’ capabilities through a holistic approach that includes formal education, coaching and mentoring, and assigning thoughtfully-designed development experiences
Proactively helping your principals build a cohesive team where helping each other is the norm, listen to staff and generate insights for People & Talent Engagement (PTE) to better shape our policies and processes, identify those with potential to advance further and assist in accelerating their development
Partners HQ by
Collaborating with Programmes and Quality Assurance (PQA) to continuously improve our curriculum approaches so as to maximize value for our parents, and to optimizing our centres’ processes through onsite evaluations and audits and in accordance with Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARK) version 2.0
Supporting requests and initiatives driven by Group Strategy Development (GSD), Group Support Services (GSS), Partnerships & International Collaborations (PIC), Process Innovation & Transformation (PIT) and People & Talent Engagement (PTE)
Develops yourself by
Keeping abreast of the latest Early Childhood (EC) best practices, industry standards and ECDA programmes and policies so as to curate what to communicate to internal stakeholders, adapt and operationalize what will deliver greater value at M.Y World
Tirelessly self-reflect how you are internalizing and living the values of Responsibility, Honesty, Caring and Respect, as that you can better exemplify them and lead our colleagues to build an organizational culture consistent with our Core Values

Key Requirements
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher
More than 2 years experience as Senior Centre Leader experience or 5 years as Centre Leader managing multiple centres
Adept at leading, mentoring, communicating with and engaging people to deliver excellent service; savvy in navigating complex operating environments
Ability to operationalize strategies, work independently, think analytically and creatively to solve problems, and is a responsive planner, negotiator, organizer and project manager
Well versed with the Early Childhood Development Centres Act, Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARK) and other related regulations and legislations; deeply familiar with the Early Childhood Education sector. Knowledge of Anchor Operator Scheme (AOP) will be advantageous
Understand the potential of digital technologies (eg. Microsoft 365, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence), personally learn and lead their use
