Site Supervisor
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with over 5 years of experience to oversee workflow, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and monitor employee productivity. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with relevant safety management certifications. Responsibilities include training new employees, preparing performance reports, and handling construction site inspections. Join our team to contribute to safe and efficient construction operations.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience as a site supervisor or in a relevant role.
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines in construction.
- Ability to learn various job descriptions.

- Set performance goals and deadlines for employees.
- Organize workflow and ensure understanding of duties.
- Monitor productivity and provide feedback.

- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records

- Prepare and submit performance reports

- Hire and train new employees
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Proven experience as site supervisor or in relevant role for more than 5 years
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Diploma/Certificate of courses regarding safety management or relevant field
- High school diploma; or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
