Job summary
A prestigious international law firm in Singapore is seeking a Legal Secretary for their IP department. The ideal candidate will work closely with partners and attorneys, assisting in administrative tasks, document management, and billing processes. Candidates should have a diploma in Business or related fields, 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in English. This is a great opportunity for a team player with a strong commitment to detail and deadlines.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in handling IP related work.
- Strong willingness to learn new technology.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Partner and attorneys on administrative matters.
- Assist in meeting and travel arrangements.
- Organise document management and ensure documents are filed.
- Assist in the end-to-end billing process.
