Site Operations Director: Safety & Performance Leader
Job summary
A leading packaging company in Singapore seeks a Production Director responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily site operations. The role involves driving continuous improvement, ensuring the safe operation of the site, and collaborating with various functional leads to achieve operational goals. Key responsibilities include enforcing EHS standards, managing production plans, and participating in the annual budgeting cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and leadership presence.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of daily site operations.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the site within the company and to the outside world.
- Ensure safe operation of the Site.
- Identify risks and follow up.
- Enforce all EHS standards.
- Actively seek feedback from coworkers to improve standards and performance.
- Participate in annual budgeting cycle - responsible for production, headcount, and capex investment budget.
