Your Future Role:
As a Trainee Cargo Sales Broker, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the Singapore market while supporting the wider Asia team. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a list of potential customers through research (database, websites, LinkedIn, trade press, etc.).
- Proactively reaching out via sales calls, emails, and visits (both in‑person and virtual) to convert prospects into long‑term customers.
- Developing strong relationships with cargo operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft solutions.
- Managing charter bookings end‑to‑end — from initial enquiry to flight completion.
- Responding to urgent charter requests with agility and professionalism (including outside regular hours).
- Preparing and presenting tailored quotes that demonstrate sound commercial judgment.
- Monitoring and overseeing flight departures to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese speaking ability due to need to expand market reach in Vietnam.
- Ability to speak an additional Asian language is an advantage.
- Prior B2B sales experience preferred.
- Results‑driven, goal‑oriented, and thrives in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to adapt quickly and provide solutions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- Independent worker with strong teamwork skills.
